IN THE PIT

I've shaved my underarm hair since I was 14 years. 

Thats more than 16 years ago now. 

For International Women's Day I wanted to share the true beauty of my pit. 

In celebration of womanhood in all is glory 

I have embraced my hair letting it grow for over a month.

  

I thought it was about time to see what 'Au Natural' really meant.

The Shadow Effect

This book is amazing. I am reading the final chapter now and have not been able to put it down. There is so much knowledge and guidance on how you can deal with the things you have repressed and packed away deeming it unwanted, bad emotions or unworthy thoughts and deeds. The thing is all these hidden aspects of our personality, that we are trying so desperately to keep in the dark, actually come back from the shadow to haunt us, unless we are able to look at it and bring it into the light of our acceptance. 

The book is divided into 3 sections one for each of Deepak Chopra, Debbie Ford and Marianne Williamson. Each share their own personal journey taking on the dark shadow and reveal their secrets of how to overcome the shadow and enjoy the wholeness of your being. ENYJOY.
